Research about guard dogs efficacy takes off
In July 2016 an experimental research about guard dogs efficacy and efficiency took off in the area of interest of the D2 action of the Life Medwolf Project.
The project employees, whose task consists of collecting data, operates in direct observation sessions and takes advantage of GPS collars for sheeps and guard dogs in order to describe dogs’ behavior and their connection to the flock.
