Ecotourism Program – One Day with the shepherd
The participants in the Ecotourism Program followed a typical day in the life of a shepherd and participated in his daily activities. A program that appealed to both young people and several seniors, where everyone had a chance to a hands on experience milking goats and making cheese. Picking chestnuts, that were later roasted in a traditional “magusto” was another highlight of this tour, where everyone could enjoy this border region, sharing the local people’s knowledge and customs.
